Print Forms

The Print Form and Print Forms dialog boxes allow you to print an active form, a template (It may be a preparer profile template or a letter template.) or group forms (A group of forms is not a client file.). To open these dialog boxes, access the Print menu and click Print Selected Forms or PrintCurrentForm.

Printer

Displays the list of accessible printers. A check mark appears next to the icon for the default printer defined in the Cantax FormMaster settings.

Print to PDF file

Prints forms to a PDF file rather than to a printer.

Properties button 

Provides access to the Windows printing options of the selected printer.

Page range

In the case where only one form is printed, these options allow you to choose which pages of the form to print.

All

Prints all the pages of the form.

Pages

Prints the range of the pages that you selected in the From and To boxes.

Copies

Indicates the number of copies that you want to print.

Number of copies

Indicates the number of copies of forms that you want to print.

More printing options

Offers additional printing options that are useful when printing forms.

Print empty form

Prints an empty form, i.e., without any values in the cells and no identification header.

Print cell ID

Prints the cell identification in the cell.

Print as displayed

Prints the form as it is displayed, along with review marks, if any.

Print on preprinted form

Prints the slip on a preprinted form provided by the CRA. This option is only available for certain slips when they are selected for printing purposes.

Override date

Prints the specified date instead of the system date in forms and client letters that contain a cell for entering a date. 

Zoom

Temporarily modifies the scaling of one or several forms so as to print the various pages of the form on fewer sheets of paper.

Pages per sheet

Indicates the number of pages that you want to print per sheet.

Watermark

Prints the selected watermark on each page of the form.

Options button 

Provides access to the default general print options and the default PDF files saving and security options.
