Change Column Width

To change column width, proceed as follows:

1. Position the pointer on the right border of the heading of the column whose width you want to change.
2. When the pointer becomes a two-headed arrow , drag the column border to the right or left.
3. Release the mouse button when the column is the correct width.

Alternative method to change column width

You may use the Fit to Contents command to change the width of a column based on its content:

1. Position the pointer on the heading of the column whose width you want to change.
2. Right-click and then click Fit to Contents.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each column whose width you want to change.
