Recalculate Data

• To recalculate the data in the active client file from the Forms view, click Recalculate on the Edit menu.

To recalculate the data in several client files, proceed as follows:

1. Display the Client Manager.
2. Select the client files for which you want to recalculate the tax data. If necessary, use the available filters to reduce the length of the list appearing in the table.
3. On the Tools menu, click Recalculate Selected Tax Returns.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
